Create your free Roomcy account using your Google account or by verifying your phone number via Truecaller. No lengthy forms, no ID upload required to get started.
Search rooms on the map
Use the live map view to see verified rooms available near you or in any area you choose. Filter by price range, furnishing (fully furnished, semi-furnished, unfurnished), room type (single, double, PG, flat), zero deposit, and more. Each listing shows real photos uploaded by the landlord.
Send a booking request and chat
When you find a room you like, send a booking request to the landlord. Your first message is a standard request (so landlords know your intent is genuine). Once the landlord responds, you can chat freely via text or voice message — without either side sharing their personal phone number or email.
Move in and pay rent via UPI
Once your booking is confirmed, move in on the agreed date. Pay rent every month via any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) directly to the landlord's bank account. Roomcy automatically detects your UPI payment and matches it to your booking, then the landlord confirms with one tap. A digital receipt is generated instantly — no screenshots, no manual UTR entry.
